Yes, you cannot do anything if the item went missing via pos ekspress. This is why I always opt for registered pos. Now registered pos delivery is very fast. Usually its the next day delivery within klang valley.

sighh.. it was not my choice, the seller was the one sent via pos express... so depressing.. my phone still got no baju one

I have a MT and wrap that have not arrived since July. One from Bulgaria, one from Canada . The wrap was insured, the MT not.
Next time I will only buy from the US or the UK

Q, why not ask the seller to send you replacement as you didn't choose Pos Express, it wasn't your fault

Usually from s'wak/ sabah to west...only took 1 or 2 day to arrive..

funny thing, i recall now, the last time i got a pos express also took 3-5 days to reach (at my office address)... maybe it is the same case?
apparently it was sent to kelana jaya post office on 30th.. now i am waiting to call the PO after their prayers break
